India vs Australia 1st ODI Highlights 2009

The 1st ODI of the seven match series, India vs. Australia was played yesterday in Vadodara, turns out to be one of the close matches in cricket history. It was one of the best matches that was played between the two top team, though the Indian batsmen collapsed against the Australian bowling attack. But the suspense created by the fantastic shorts being played from the Harbhajan’s bat.
Harbhajan, who always be a threat for any team around the world, proves to be a big threat in the yesterday match against the Australians. He has come to be known as the biggest threat to Australians when they play against India. Aussies players always tried their best to play well against the Harbhajan's Bowling attack. But, yesterday match it’s not the magic of Harbhajan’s bowling but his batting that puts the Aussies on nail biting.
He was the only batsman who stood like a block against the Australians; any other team except Australia would have came under pressure and would given India the first victory of the series. He played some wonderful shorts all around the stadium and the crowd enjoys from his batting performance. The 29-years- old Harbhajan Singh is a specialist bowler. But now he is proving as an all-rounder in the Indian squad. Harbhajan made his Test and One Day International (ODI) debut in early 1998. In 2001, he made his comeback after Anil Kumble injured.
So, the highlights of yesterday match are that Australia has beaten the India by four runs. Thanks to the new partnership record (84) for the eighth wicket has been established by Harbhajan and Praveen for India in ODIs.
