Capt. Holly Graf
Capt. Holly Graf was captain in US navy. Women in all over the world are progressing a lot. Capt. Holly Graf also got rise in her career and reached the top ranks but unfortunately she has to face some allegations against her. She was removed from her post and investigations were ordered by the committee.
On Friday the decision went against her. Five of eight claims were against Graf. She was facing allegations like both verbal and physical assault, dereliction of duty, use of her office for personal gain and breaches of ethics. She was found guilty for cruelty and maltreatment with other officers.
During the investigation many members were interviewed and evidences were gathered. After that report was prepared against her. The report was consisted of 50 pages. According to information she only like to hear yes madam. She didn’t like any one to speak in front of her.
Her behavior was not good with crew members. She had no respect for them. She didn’t hear their problems and also not responded to them positively. One of the member reported that she threatened him.
According to information Graf said “I thought you flew a [expletive] all-weather aircraft, Now [expletive] me to tears.”
According to information the navy has issued an order that Capt. Holly Graf has been relieved of her duties board the cruiser Cowpens.
