Amy Madigan was born on September 11, 1950. She is known for her role in the 1989 film, Field Of Dreams as Annie Kinsella and Iris Crowe in the television series, Carnivale. She was nominated in 2004 for Carnivale in the category of Best Performance in the Satellite Awards. She has won the 1990 Golden Globe Award for the TV series Roe v wade for her best performance as an actress. She also won the best actress awards CableAce Awards in 1985 and 1995. Madigan was also nominated fro an Oscar fro her performance in the 1985 film Twice in a Lifetime.
