Launch of Samsung Galaxy A21 with Exynos 7884B SoC and Single Rear Camera

The Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple SCV49 has been released in Japan, and it differs from the Galaxy A21 that was released worldwide in April of last year. Instead of a hole-punch cutout, the Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple has a notched display. The phone is also equipped with an Exynos processor and a single back camera. The phone comes in two colours and has large bezels all around. The Galaxy A21 Simple is only available in one configuration.

The Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple is said to be priced at JPY 22,000 (approximately Rs. 14,700) and will be available in Black and White. Starting September 9, the phone will be available in Japan. There is currently no information about the Galaxy A21 Simple’s worldwide availability.

Simple specs for the Samsung Galaxy A21

Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple has a 5.8-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) TFT display with 16.77 million colours and runs Android 11. The phone is equipped with an octa-core Exynos 7884B processor and 3GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card (up to 1TB).

The Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple has a single 13-megapixel camera on the rear for pictures and movies. A 5-megapixel selfie camera is placed in a notch on the front. 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS, and a USB Type-C connector are among the connectivity possibilities. Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor are among the sensors aboard. The phone does not have a fingerprint scanner, but it does have a face unlock function.

The Samsung Galaxy A21 Simple features a 3,600mAh battery with a standby duration of around 560 hours, according to Samsung. Fast charging isn’t mentioned at all. In addition, the phone is water resistant.
