Users of WhatsApp will soon be able to customise the app’s colours, according to a study.
WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging app owned by Facebook, is rumoured to be working on a new update that would enable users to alter the app’s colours.
According to WABetaInfo, a WhatsApp features tracker, users will be able to adjust the colours in the chat box and choose a darker shade of Green for text on the phone with this feature. There is no official news about whether the functionality will be open to all devices.
WhatsApp is focusing on a slew of other innovative new functions. WhatsApp is also working on a feature that will allow users to adjust the replay speed of voice messages at their leisure, according to recent news. The functionality is now in beta and is only available to iOS users.
WhatsApp users will be able to speed up their voice notes with this feature. With WhatsApp update 22.214.171.124, the functionality will be available. It will have three speed levels: 1x, 1.5x, and 2x, with users having the option of playing audio messages at each of these speeds.
WhatsApp is now working on a WhatsApp Web Beta programme for iOS users, according to reports. This was first found in January for Android devices, and it is now being introduced for the iOS beta edition as well. This will be available in the future to enable people to officially validate multi-device access, which will allow them to use WhatsApp Web without having to have their phones connected to the Internet. According to WABetaInfo, this is part of the multi-device features that will be made usable for other handheld devices in the future. You will link up to four computing computers at once if you enter the beta programme. This also applies to Facebook’s Portal operation.
According to the paper, certain functionality, such as message deletion, may not be available right away, but the missing features will be introduced during the beta programme. Some functions, such as calling, can only work if the receiver already has the most current edition of WhatsApp. The WhatsApp Business app will also be available with the beta scheme. However, no date has been set for when these two features will be included in public beta. And if you’re running the most recent iOS update, you may not see these features because they’re still in production.
